A message from our founder

Handing down our founder’s DNA to the next generation

Hiroshi Nishida, our founder became independent at the age of 28 two years before Osaka Expo in 1968. His company being a pioneer of leasing business of construction temporary materials has been leading the industry with constant innovative ideas.
Up until today, going over the economic ups and downs, he has created a special employee education to make the most of employee’s personality with his half the century’s company management experiences. The followings are words of our founders with Osaka-ben, special Osaka dialect.

Take care of your personality more! The company becomes dull if everybody has the same ideas! Let’s clash ideas with each other. You may get a new idea out of these arguments. If we lost the personality, we cannot be our company.

New idea never comes out of people with common sense only like the guy with the brain of ‘one plus one equals two’. Of course, we must have a guy with common sense to take care of our company.

Make a mistake! Do not worry about failure! It is OK to fail! You can rise with confidence as the proverb says that always rising after fall. Of course, it is also important to be successful.

It is very important to introduce a new product for the first time in this world. It is also important that the product is useful. Customer appreciation makes us happy. You must sharpen the pioneer spirit in order to develop a useful product.

One good point of our company is openness. It is the end of our company if the subordinates cannot say anything to the superiors! This does not mean to accuse someone. It is important for everybody to exchange each feeling with respect. Then, if you still cannot accept the situation, it is OK to talk to me. My evaluation point is to make the company better. It is no good to insult someone behind his back.

Go abroad with any reason including pleasure to get experience and excitement! We will even provide you expenses. Routine work every day doesn’t create new ideas.

If our company is replaced with a human body as an analogy, the management team is a head to grow the body (company) and to create the environment for better work. The sales is the feet. The hands are for administration. Then, how about the rental equipment centers? These are hearts. Even though sales and administrations are important, the rental equipment centers are the most important of all. Storing, inspecting, maintenance and retrieving of rental equipment at centers are daily routine everyday. They are concerned to provide less expensive and good quality equipment to customers when they needed. All of these actions are earning customer confidence!

No good to work to look only for the superiors! Evaluation must be done not only by the superiors, but also by colleagues and subordinates as well. It is also important to evaluate the superiors from the subordinates and from other departments. This evaluation applies not only employees but also directors. Evaluation should be made not only by horizontally but also by 360 degrees which is 3D in recent years.
By doing so, we can evaluate employees and directors multilaterally. Evaluated person can also see himself differently than before. This will reveal undiscovered talents for further self improvement. But, you must accept your honest feeling, too.

You can criticize as much as you want. Even elementary kids can criticize their parents. But, criticism cannot change anything. It is important to know how to make actions.

Plan can be made without difficulty. But we cannot sustain our company by plan only.It is important to put the plan into action.

You, sales people do not just sell the goods. You must understand the company’s numbers.Numbers are alive. It makes you more interesting to know the company numbers.

Do not aim to be honor student in country side. Be a first class person. Well, the first class guy won’t work with us? Then, be a wondering Samurai, the first class wondering Samurai!

Always be frank. I’ve been doing this. You don’t have to hide anything for me.

Every body has shortcomings. I also have many. You guys also have them,too. So please look at your subordinates with good points and expand these, ignoring their shortcomings.

We must keep ‘challenging DNA’ in this company. Without it, we cannot survive.
